There are things about living in a small town that are wonderful - and getting to see people grow up and blossom from cute little kids into beautiful, talented and intelligent adults is definitely one of them.  Monique Nichols is currently a senior at Mt. Morris Central School.  Monique is a brilliant and dedicated scholar and she will be be graduating as Valedictorian of the class of 2018.
After graduating Monique plans to major in biology and is looking to have a career in forensic science.  Her hard work and dedication to academics has earned her a $100,000 scholarship to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Above and beyond her academic achievement, she also is a talented musician and plays the flute, saxophone, and piano and she marches with York's marching bank.  Monique also enjoys her time playing on the golf team.  When she's not in school, she works as a hostess at Brian’s USA Diner.
We really enjoyed our time photographing and catching up with this beautiful soul and we are excited to see her continue to chase after her dreams as she graduates school and starts the next chapter of her life.
